The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The articles must have been checked by Turnitin, and the maximum similarity level allowed is 25%. Each author is required to upload proof of the similarity check.
The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Manuscript Submission Requirements
To maintain the quality and integrity of the journal, submitted manuscripts must adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Manuscript Content and Structure
Manuscripts should be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
The submission may be a theoretical article or, preferably, empirical research.
Manuscript length: 8 to 15 pages, including the bibliography.
The document must be typed on A4-sized paper with 1.5 line spacing.
Margins: 3 cm (left), 2.5 cm (top, bottom, right).
Use Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.
Font: Times New Roman, size 12.
