Author Fee and Subcription

Journal of Agriculture and Animal Science (Agrimals) is committed to providing high-quality open-access research and does not charge authors a submission fee. However, there are certain fees associated with the publication of accepted articles and the request for printed copies of the journal.

1. Article Processing or Publishing Fee

  • Fee Amount: IDR 450,000 (Indonesian Rupiah) per article.

  • What it Covers: This fee covers the processing of manuscripts, including editorial and peer-review processes, typesetting, and publication costs for articles that are accepted for publication in Agrimals.

  • Payment: The processing fee is applicable after the manuscript has been reviewed, accepted, and finalized for publication. Authors will be notified of the acceptance and requested to make the payment.

2. Printed/Hard Copy Request

  • Fee Amount: IDR 500,000 per printed copy.

  • What it Covers: This fee includes the cost for printing, binding, and mailing the physical copies of the journal.

  • Procedure: If you are interested in obtaining printed copies of the journal issue in which your article is published, please email the journal with your request. Further instructions and payment details will be provided in response to your inquiry.

  • Please Note: The fee applies to each copy requested, and authors are responsible for the payment of shipping and handling costs associated with their orders.

3. No Submission Fee

  • Fee Amount: There is no charge for submitting an article to Agrimals. The submission process is entirely free of charge. Authors are only required to pay the article processing or publishing fee after their manuscript has been accepted for publication.

4. Payment Confirmation

  • Once you have made the necessary payment (for processing or printed copies), please send a proof of payment to the journal via WhatsApp at +62-819-300-567-16.

  • The proof of payment should clearly show the transaction details and confirm the amount paid. This ensures that your payment is processed and verified.

  • The guidelines provide detailed instructions on how to prepare and submit your manuscript for review, as well as any formatting or structural expectations for published articles.

  • Other Payment Methods: If you prefer alternative payment methods, such as digital payments, you can inquire via email or WhatsApp for more options.

By charging a modest article processing fee, Agrimals ensures that it can maintain a high standard of editorial work, provide open access to research, and cover operational costs. The printed copy option allows authors to have a physical record of their work, adding more value to their published research.
