PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE JIGSAW DENGAN PENDEKATAN PMR TERHADAP ASPEK AFEKTIF MATEMATIKA SISWA KELAS VIII SMP NEGERI DI KABUPATEN LAMPUNG UTARA

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the jigsaw cooperative learning model with a realistic mathematics education (PMR) approach to students' affective aspects of mathematics. This type of research is quasi-experimental research. This study consisted of independent variable namely jigsaw cooperative learning model with realistic approach and one dependent variable namely the affective aspects of students' mathematics. The population in this study was the eighth grade students of State Junior High Schools in North Lampung Regency. Sampling was carried out by stratified cluster random sampling technique and obtained 9 classes from 3 state junior high schools in North Lampung Regency, consisting of 3 experimental classes I, 3 experimental classes II, and 3 control classes. The instrument for collecting data is a questionnaire on the affective aspects of mathematics, Testing the hypothesis in this study using a t-test. The results showed that there was an influence of the Jigsaw cooperative learning model with the PMR approach to the affective aspects of students'mathematics.

KEMAMPUAN REPRESENTASI MATEMATIS DALAM MATERI FUNGSI DENGAN PENDEKATAN OPEN ENDED PADA SISWA KELAS VIII MTs SIRAJUL ULUM PONTIANAK

The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of mathematical representation through an open-ended approach to functional material in class VIII MTs. Sirajul Ulum Pontianak. The research method used was the experimental method with Quasi experimental research and the design used in this study was posttest-only control design. The results obtained were (1) the average ability of students' mathematical representation after being taught with an open-ended approach was 72 with the criteria classified as good; (2) The average mathematical representation ability of students is 57 with criteria classified as sufficient; and (3) The ability of mathematical representations given to the treatment of open-ended approaches is better than students given the treatment of conventional learning models, this can be seen from the average results and has been proven using inferential statistics. Every student in the control class or experiment experiences problems on each indicator, which is what distinguishes the average.

Education curriculum in Indonesia focuses on the ability of hard skills and soft skills. Both of these capabilities must be synergized and balanced in their implementation in realizing learning goals and also curriculum objectives. Hard skills have several types, namely: mathematical understanding, mathematical reasoning, mathematical problem solving, mathematical communication, mathematical connections, mathematical logical thinking, mathematical critical thinking, and mathematical creative thinking. Each of these types has an indicator so that learning objectives are achieved.  

PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA BERBASIS MASALAH

The purpose of mathematics learning is the student will have high order thinking. This will be needed by student to solve their problems. Learning approach like teacher centered study can not develop their high order thinking. High order thinking is a thinking-level involve bloom's taxonomics. One of the student-centered learning is problem based learning. It can develop a high order thinking in mathematics. This article will show up to you about the problem-based mathematics learning.

PENERAPAN PEMBELAJARAN KOLABORATIF PADA MATA PELAJARAN MATEMATIKA DI SMKN 1 KOTABUMI

The application of Collaborative Learning in mathematics subjects is a problem in this study. The purpose of this study was to find out how to apply collaborative learning in mathematics subjects at Kotabumi 1 Vocational School. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive. The implementation of collaborative learning is carried out in the aspects of learning tools, teaching materials, learning media, and the implementation of learning. The implementation of learning in the classroom is carried out in 8 meetings Students who are the subject of research are students of class XI TKJ 1. Based on observations it can be concluded that the application of Collaborative learning can improve the quality of lecturers, teachers, and students to learn from each other in subjects.  

PENGEMBANGAN BAHAN AJAR MATEMATIKA DENGAN MODEL DISCOVERY LEARNING UNTUK MENGEMBANGKAN KETERAMPILAN BERPIKIR KRITIS

This research aimed to find out the validity and effectivity of Discovery Learning Model-integrated mathematics instructional materials on SPLDV topic viewedthrough critical thinking skill improvement and percentage of students’ learning completion. It occupied Reserach and Development utilizing procedures established by Borg and Gall, with only performing up to main product revision. The research subject was students VIII G class of SMP Negeri 1 Seputih Agung, with moderate to high skill characteristic. Meanwhile, data of students’ critical thinking skill improvement were gained through pretest and posttest, using N-Gain test. Eventually, the research result pointed out that validation of mathematics instructional materials developed through Discovery Learning Model on SPLDV topic attained good and effective interpretation. It was seen through moderatecategorized calculation of N-Gain and accomplishment level of students’ learning result exceeding ideal accomplishment percentage (75%).

KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS MELALUI PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA DENGAN PROBLEM BASED LEARNING

Education functions to upgrading, forming, character and develop civilization nation. Having the ability to think and actions to effective and creative in the realm of abstract and concrete can be used as self development independently. Students need to armed with critical thinking skills, systematic, logical, creative, and cooperate effectively to obtain, choose, and manage an information. Mathematics learning is directed to develop critical thinking skills and discussed open and objective because mathematics having strong and structure clear and links between the concept of the one with another concept. By analyzing learning needs of mathematics, formulate and designed a learning programs, choose a strategies and evaliated them correctly to get good results. The ability critical thinking is very important in studying new matter and that known way, and learn to ask effectively and reach a conclusion consistent with the facts. Mathematic learning with problem based learning is the concept of better used activity of the student during learning. In accordance with statements from Westwood (2008: 31) stated that PBL: 1) propel oneself directly in learning, 2) prepared students to critical thinking and analytical, 3) give opportunity to students to identify, find and use numerous this approuch in should think, 4) is the learning is very closely related to the real world and motivate students, 5) involving activeness in integrating information and skills of various the discipline, and 6) knowledge and strategy by the possibility of will be maintained and tranferred to the learning situation other, improve the ability to communicate and the social skills needed to cooperation and teamwork. By chance the learning process as an alternative in solving mathematical problems with using the ability critical think an to cultivate the scientific attitude of student.

PEMBELAJARAN IPA BERBASIS MULTIMEDIA INTERAKTIF UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MINAT DAN PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA

This paper aims to study science learning using interactive multimedia based on the level of interest in students learning. The learning interest is one of the determining factors of student learning outcomes. The students who have high learning interest in a lesson will have better outcomes than the students who have low learning interest. The ability of a teacher to help improve student learning interest is needed to improve student learning achievement. Selection of the right learning media is one of the way to help students improve their learning interest in a lesson. Interesting and interactive learning media will make students interested in using the media, so that the students' interest in learning will be indirectly more increased than before using the learning media. Interactive learning media can make students to do various movements such as eye movements in observing something that is on the learning media and also the brain movements for thinking, thus the students will be able to stay focus on the material that is being studied. The media that is capable of carrying out these functions which are then referred to as interactive multimedia.  

PEMANFAATAN POWERPOINT TERINTEGRASI DENGAN I-SPRINGPRESENTER SEBAGAI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN ICT

The use of technology in the field of education has become a fundamental necessity. One such technological involvement can be seen in the learning activities in the classroom. Many applications/software that can be used as a learning tool, two of which are Microsoft Powerpoint and ispring presenter. Microsoft Powerpoint Application integrated ispring presenter can be used as an alternative in the creation of ICT learning media. Learning Media is produced by obsermving the right design supported by various animations, audio/video making the learning process more interesting, the presentation of the material becomes more effective so that it will be easier To be understood by learners.
