Evaluasi Penerapan Tata Kelola TI Menggunakan Cobit 5

The quality of Academic Information System Service (SIAKAD) which has been implemented by STIH Muhammadiyah Kotabumi has not been optimal as expected. In accordance with that, it was seen that there is incompatibility between the plan and the reality. An audit related to the maturity level of TI management on the implementation of SIAKAD STIH Muhammadiyah Kotabumi is important to be conducted in order to get the recomendation of service improvement. Evaluation was done through questionaire, interview and document of STIH Muhammadiyah Kotabumi. This research used COBIT 5 consisting of EDM 04, APO04, APO 07, BAI 04, DSS 01, dan MEA 01. The data source was gotten from the Head of STIH Muhammadiyah Kotabumi, the Head of administrations, the Head Communication Centre, TI Staff, and Academic Staff. An analysis was done by using descriptive interpretative based on COBIT 5.

The company activities are using Information System (IS) and Information Technology (IT) and already have an application that used in Administration Division. However, in the absence of data integration and connection to information system between divisions. Unintegrated data allows for data redundancy, error, lack of data accuracy, and less efficient. Required a framework in planning, designing, and managing infrastructure called Enterprise Architecture(EA). Higher education institutions is right now required to have a Website as an information services for the entire of academic community and also to the public STIE Muhammadiyah Kalianda feels that the use of Website is unsatisfactory so  that the implementation still needs improvement. Appropriate and easy methods user in carrying out the measurement of Website perormance absolutely are needed, the  process of evaluating the performance of  information technology implementation that  used is the Framework  Information Technology Infrastructure Library  which is expected to provide a comprehensive solutions related to organizational and management  conditions. From the results of the research,  it can be concluded, that the  management and services that carried out by STIE Kalianda have  been in  the  level of the defined process

Penerapan Sistem Informasi Tracer Study Pada Universitas Muhammadiyah Kotabumi

Tracer Study is research on the situation of alumni that aims to get a lot of information from graduates / alumni to improve the quality of graduates. Tracking alumni information that can be used as input and evaluation for improving learning and the competencies of graduates. Information in the form of activities / activities of the graduates / alumni after taking education at UMKO, both in the waiting period or having activities in the work world. Computerized tracer studies online in tracking alumni can easily list the desired alumni that can be directly provided by graduates / alumni, where the system built can record graduates / alumni based on graduation years, cometensi fields, number of graduates, job profiles depicted in the form percentage, graph or diagram. Software development uses OOSE method with stages: (1) Requirement Engineering, (2) Object Oriented Design, (3) Implementation or Coding, (4) Testin. The tracking process using an integrated system is able to connect and store all graduate information in 1 (one) media, so that it can provide information to anyone who needs it. In addition, the data entered directly by the alumni so that the data level is more accurate, so that it can provide input to UMKO to improve the quality of graduates.

Penerapan Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dalam Sistem Pengambilan Keputusan Order Persediaan Barang Berbasis Web

Nowaday, computers already can be used to provide choices in taking of the decision, not only used for data processing or presenting information, process of taking the decision it self is the results of a system that called Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK). The system of taking the decision is possible because there has been a development of hardware technology, integration of hardware and software. In the business sector one of them is a truck and expedition which engages in the transportation services of stuffs between Lampung-Surabaya cities and vice versa. In this expedition service consists of arround used by 76 units of cars. And the supply of stuffs still used bookkeeping which is sometimes taking of the decision supply of stuffs is still handled by superiors. Therefore, this research used Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method which is used to make decisions in problems solving by create a design system and building software. This research will create a system when taking the decision in the supply of stuffs in the Business Entity Expedition Services with SAW method by using WEB.
